Twisted Moto Garage offer free regular shipping with orders over $150.  For regular shipping, it can take anywhere between 2 & 7 days from the day of dispatch (Please note that this is also dependent on local government lock downs and unexpected situations effected by Covid). 

Motorcycle purchases are not included in the free shipping over $150. If you wish to get a motorcycle shipped, please get in contact with us. 

TRACKED ORDERS

After dispatch you will get a tracking code emailed to you so you can follow your order's full journey.

Twisted Moto is dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience to ensure you receive your order as fast & efficient as possible.

However, in the circumstance that your order is returned, or if no one is at the address at the time of delivery, or the address details were incorrect, Twisted Moto can not be held liable for any lost postage (although we will try and help you as much as we can to resolve any issues). 

If you need to return any items the cost for re-delivery will be at the customers charge. 

At Twisted Moto we understand that shopping online can be a risk if you are not certain of sizing etc. We are happy to help you throughout this process, so please get in contact with us to assist you in making the right choice in products prior to purchase.
