Twisted Moto Garage offer free shipping with orders over $150, for regular shipping it can take anywhere between 2 & 7 days from the day of dispatch. This is all dependent on local government lock downs and unexpected situations effected by Covid. Motorcycle purchases are not included in the free shipping over $150. If you wish to get a motorcycle shipped, please get in contact with us.

Twisted Moto are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience to ensure you receive your order as fast & efficient as possible. In the circumstance that your order is returned or lost if no one is at the address at the time of delivery or the address details were incorrect, Twisted Moto can not be held liable for this. Although we will try and help you as much as we can to resolve any issues. 

If you need to return any items the cost for re-delivery will be at the customers charge. 

At Twisted Moto we understand that shopping online can be a risk if you are not certain of sizing, we are here to help you through out that process so please get in contact with us so we can assist you in making the right choice in products. In the event that you need to return an item to us, no stress you have 30 days to return these items.
